President and CEO – Deirdre L. Sheehan
Founded the Company in 2005 and brings significant Marketing, Operations and Customer Service experience to her position. Prior to forming the Company, Deirdre held various management positions at AT&T during her 18 year career where her primary responsibility was to launch new products to the marketplace. She worked extensively with Fortune 1000 Companies in the Retail, Travel, Financial and Pharmaceutical Industries. As a Product Developer of the Garbage Butler, Deirdre was awarded utility patents in 2007 and 2009 respectively and has several design patents pending.
Chief Operating Officer – Bill Catucci
Bill is a Senior Management Consultant with Balanced Scorecard (BS) Collaborative, responsible for leading executives and their organizations to breakthrough performance. He guides clients on strategy development and execution, implementation of the BS, cultural transformation and overall corporate performance. He is currently Associate Professor of Management at the Fordham Graduate School of Business. Prior, Bill was E.V.P./Global Operations for Equifax. His professional experience also includes a 30 year career at AT&T covering a variety of operational assignments. He earned a JD and specialized in tax matters/regulatory law. He was also President/CEO of AT&T Canada Long Distance Services where he helped orchestrate what one of the most successful turnarounds in Canadian business history.
